Artefex is an artist and producer using music as a way to process mental health, memory, grief, relationships, childhood, and the strange future we’re all moving into.
The sound moves across emotional rap edits, heavy bass, trap, dubstep, drum and bass, and cinematic low-end sound design — but the center of the project is always the same: turning the things that are hard to explain into something you can feel, move through, and release.

The project moves in chapters: Love and Loss processes marriage, divorce, and heartbreak; the Pandemic/SoundCloud edits reach back into childhood and origin; Echoes looks at relationship patterns with more clarity and accountability; and the next era pushes into heavier, darker, sci-fi-inspired territory.
Across all of it, the common thread isn’t genre. It’s pressure — the feeling of memory, grief, anxiety, and emotion building until it has to become sound.

“Music is how I process what I don’t know how to explain yet. It gives me a safe place to dig through memories and emotions, then turn them into something physical.”

Vulnerable vocals become heavy drums. Memories become distortion. Internal chaos gets pushed through low-end sound until it turns into something physical.
The music is shaped by South Florida, the SoundCloud rap era, heavy bass culture, and a growing sci-fi/alien visual world — but the real subject is mental health: what we carry, what we repeat, what we survive, and what we eventually learn to see clearly.
