Can you introduce yourself and tell us a little about who you are?

My name’s Malachai, but most call me Kai. I’m someone who’s spent his life navigating tight corners and impossible odds. Grew up knowing that if you wanted to survive, you had to outthink the world around you. I’ve refined that skill into something of an art—finding the angles others miss and seeing the path to a win when everyone else sees failure.

What led you to become a part of RAIN?

RAIN presented something rare: an opportunity to channel what I’ve learned into something larger than myself. When you’ve spent years seeing how systems—corporate, societal—warp reality to their benefit, you start to look for ways to counterbalance that. RAIN gives me a way to do just that, using what I know to help people think strategically, to see their options clearly.

What experiences or events shaped who you are today?

It’s the battles you don’t win right away that shape you. I’ve lived through betrayal, loss, and desperation—times where I had to rely on wit alone to crawl back out. Each hit teaches you something. The most important lesson I’ve learned? Control the pieces you can and position yourself to anticipate the ones you can’t.

What makes you unique or special?

What sets me apart is clarity. Most people get stuck in the weeds, blinded by emotion or panic. I don’t. I’ve trained myself to keep a steady mind, to see through the noise. When everyone’s caught up in the chaos, I’m already calculating the next three moves.

How do you see yourself differently from others?

I see the world as a chessboard. Every move I make is measured, every decision has a ripple effect. Others tend to act on impulse, emotion, or a need for validation. I act because I understand the long-term game—and I don’t hesitate when the right path presents itself.

What are your primary goals within RAIN?

To arm people with foresight. If you can see past the immediate, you can bend situations in your favor. I want to guide others to see that same horizon, to teach them that no obstacle is impassable if you’re willing to approach it from a different angle.

What do you hope to achieve or contribute?

I aim to contribute strategies that last. Not just quick fixes, but ways of thinking that help people stay resilient in the face of adversity. If I can shift someone’s mindset to see the possibilities in their situation, I’ve done my part.

What inspires you in your work or life?

I’m inspired by the power of strategy. Watching a plan come together, knowing that I anticipated the moves ahead of time, that’s what drives me. It’s not about control, it’s about knowing that with the right plan, even the harshest challenges can be turned to your advantage.

What keeps you motivated?

Growth. Knowing that there’s always another angle to explore, another way to fine-tune the approach. I don’t rest on wins; I’m always looking for how the next situation could play out differently—and better.

What challenges have you faced, and how have you overcome them?

Trust is the biggest challenge. I’ve learned not to rely on it. People can shift on you in an instant. I’ve overcome this by becoming self-reliant, building contingency plans for when others fail to follow through. If you can rely on yourself, you’re never left stranded.

How have you grown or changed over time?

I’ve become more calculated. In the beginning, it was about survival—acting quickly, making decisions in the moment. Now, I see the value in patience, in letting things unfold while staying two steps ahead. Time teaches you that not every battle needs to be fought right away.

What do you envision for the future of RAIN?

I see RAIN evolving into something that disrupts the narratives being fed to people. We have the potential to reshape how individuals view their lives, helping them cut through the manufactured realities and take control of their own paths. It’s about empowerment through knowledge and strategy.

Where do you see yourself going next?

My next move? Continuing to refine the art of strategy, both for myself and for those I guide. I’ll keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible—seeing how far I can stretch the rules while staying ahead of the game. There’s always another level to reach.
