I’m Seraphine Verdant, though most call me Sera. I’ve walked the path of both the corporate world and spiritual exploration, merging these realms to help others find balance and purpose. With a deep connection to the energies that flow within and around us, I guide those who seek to align their ambitions with their deeper truths. My journey has led me here, to RAIN, where I continue to share what I’ve learned in service of others.
What led you to become a part of RAIN?
My journey to RAIN was born out of a desire to counterbalance the often harsh and fragmented energy of the corporate-driven world with something more aligned, more in tune with the human spirit. After spending years in environments that prioritized profit over people, I felt a strong pull to create spaces where both could coexist in harmony. RAIN resonated with that vision—a network where diverse perspectives could flourish, and where guidance is grounded in authenticity and holistic well-being.
What experiences or events shaped who you are today?
Two pivotal experiences shaped my path: one, a period of intense corporate burnout that left me questioning everything I once valued, and two, a subsequent retreat into nature where I rediscovered the power of stillness and the wisdom of the earth. These experiences taught me the importance of balance and the need to integrate the mind, body, and spirit in all aspects of life.
What makes you unique or special?
What sets me apart is my ability to blend practicality with spirituality. I see the world not just as it is, but as it could be—through the lens of both logic and intuition. This duality allows me to guide others in a way that honors their ambitions while keeping them rooted in their true essence.

I’m inspired by the endless possibilities that arise when we connect deeply with our inner selves and the world around us. Witnessing others unlock their potential and step into their true power is a continual source of inspiration for me.
What keeps you motivated?
My motivation comes from the belief that every individual has a unique role to play in the greater tapestry of life. Knowing that my work helps others find and fulfill that role keeps me moving forward, even through challenges.
What challenges have you faced, and how have you overcome them?
One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced is the temptation to compartmentalize life—separating the spiritual from the material, the personal from the professional. Overcoming this meant embracing a holistic approach, where every part of life is interconnected and informs the other. This shift has allowed me to live and work in alignment with my true values.
How have you grown or changed over time?
I’ve grown by learning to trust the flow of life and the wisdom that comes from within. In the past, I often sought external validation and rigid structures to define success. Now, I’m more fluid, trusting in the process and embracing the journey as much as the destination.
